Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) training. IOLS will provide you with or enhance your current skill level of the basic requirements for the First Class Trail so that you can more effectively provide those same skills to your scouting youth. It is also one of the courses required to be considered trained as a Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster.
